Dan, Jean-Christophe,

I agree fully with what you say. It's better to always have the
translations from the source language if that is possible. The question
was if it was allowed to add source material to the other language
sections than English. I take it that the answer is positive, so I'll
ask Simon to ask for the material and have it uploaded. If the city of
Utrecht wants to free it up, then it would be a waste not to use it.

Yes, I agree that adding source material to any language section at
OOoAuthors is good, and it is also good to have materials in addition
to the user guides documentation. We probably need to have someplace
on the wiki to list what is available. Would someone like to set this
up? I am travelling in Europe )Krakow this week -- beautiful old city
centre!) and have email access only at internet cafes right now.
