[authors] Export ODT to wiki format -- GS (and WG?) need updating

Earlier I mentioned that OOo 2.3 contains an export filter
to wikimedia format. This needs to be added to at least one 
chapter in the Getting Started book and probably one in the 
Writer Guide... wherever we talk about other export filters.

If someone can track down the chapters and add the necessary 
info, that would be great. Thanks!
