Well...

... but Ken is making the point that we should try to explain to other
developers how writing software in a different way is going to improve
their quality of life, without even suggesting that they would have to 
change their mind.

The trick would be to explain, in a really seductive way, how Avalon 
can make your life better, without highlighting how it is so brilliantly 
different from whatever stupid dumb stuff you've been doing.

Our target developer has to believe on it and start learning about it
as an improvement to what he does and not as the negation of what he
ever did.


I think Ken has a point here.
