Oh, look like it's "dirty" case :) , if nothing moving or dirty, it's mean
nothing drawing = 0% CPU use
it's new feature and trunk didn't have this yet
btw, i didn't write Sprite3D and MovieMaterial part, so didn't check on them
just yet

i'll add this to my TODO list then, thanks for report :)
