if you get it working please tell me if you can walk over your stairs and how you did it ;)
and when i see your pic i think your whole model is not completely closed or lets say it is closed too much ^^ i think oyu have to add the ladder/stairs separately after bsp tree or you have to integrate it another way. know what i mean?
