Yeah knew about snap to grid but don't think it works. Created a 100x100x100 cube in Maya. Then grabbed one vertice and moved it slightly exported to prefab.
In the prefab properties window it shows width 100.4781 height 100 depth 100 If I do Vertex>snap vertex to grid. It still shows 100.4781 for width. No matter how many random guesses for the grid size in preferences. As for all the crap I said above about how the model works. Every single vertice edge face checked. Rebuilt several times. I guess that style of modelling isn't the way to go. Maya says the other non working steps have Nonmanifold geometry, Iv'e no idea who norman is :(
