One can assume these points from
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flash/molehill/ or it would be of very
little use to many:

1. FlashPlayer (molehill) will be able to use Open GL / Direct X / Open GL
ES and the new software render engine from both Flash Player and Browser
plugins on desktop and mobile devices.

2. AIR (when updated with molehill), will be able to use Open GL / Direct X
/ Open GL ES and the new software render engine from both desktop and mobile
devices.

3. One should/will be able to enable or disable the use of Open GL / Direct
X / Open GL ES, so we can test our projects using the software renderer.

This would be a tad useful, as it would save us having to buy a really
crappy old graphics card, crack open our computers case and replace our gfx
card with the crap one. Just to test the software rendering on our projects.
or visa versa.

Mind you, I could see Adobe doing this, it is Adobe after all, your know the
creators of Crash, erm I mean Flash.
