Is there any scale applied to your models? if yes, hit the apply scale btn in Prefab. In Prefab the bb is updated to allow better visual selection, it is not affecting the internal bb of the object, unless you apply the scale when you do so, the vertices are multiplied by this scale x, y and z factors. (Prefab makes a slightly bigger box, a few percents, than the object to prevent sorting issues between selection box and mesh) Prefab does not affect in any way the scale of the vertices. not at loading, not at export. It will affect the vertices only if you press the applyScale after you have set other values than the 1,1,1 set for you or if you rescale the whole scene. in case you set scales in Prefab, the matrices are exported into the as or awd files. may be you have totally other camera settings, place a trident into your scene to test visually the ratio. you could also check the ObjectWidth, height etc...
