Hi, You have to set up the Cost Categories for doing the Product Costing in Axapta. You have to set up Cost Categories and then attach it to Work Centers. Only Process Cost, Quantity and Set up Costs can be currently set up in Axapta. Set them up and attach them to the work center.
When you post the Pick List, Route Cards, Job Cards and Report As Finished Journals the cost is accumulated and when Costing is run, only then the costing vouchers are posted. As for the Indirect costs allocation, this is not available in Standard Axapta with Cost Accounting module being discontinued. At the most you can do is post indirect costs to certain accounts and then use the standard allocation of Ledger.
