Hi Naushad,

Christoph wrote a well organized way to start learning Ax. Here are few more
suggestion, if you would be able to arrange this;

1. You can use Microsoft e-learning courses. These are paid, can ask yr
company admin to arrange for the same.
2. There are four Developers guides(manuals) provided by Microsoft. These
are really good. You can read it and then try to answer the questions at the
end of each chapter.

You know, there is no such book for Ax, but practise is more important.
