You must active dimension which you need to track for items. Otherwise you have to fill all the dimensions while you are entering dimensions. And once they are selected and changed the data inside become a trash. So make your analysis carefully when selecting them. Editing dimension is a privallage of Axapta. You can change or split the dimensions of the inventory data that has posted, invoiced or packing slipped. Hope being helpful.
