Hello,
No Need to create 24 different item. You create only 1 item and use
configurations, size, colour dimensions to map this requirement and then
create combinations of the item for these different dimensions. Its avery good
feature available in Ax. Also BOM configuration rules will help u to have diff
BOM for diff Configuration of the item.
