Since you say you filled in the LotId my question would be have you checked that there are inventory transactions linked to each journal line? usually that is the first problem with any import where it is supposed to create inventtrans records. Usually you will let the system assign the lot id as it creates the inventtrans....long time since I did excel import for inventjournal so cannot remember if the import auto creates the inventtrans Good luck James

When I am trying to validate the journal before posting, there is an error message as "Cannot receive quantity because inventory transactions with status Ordered, Arrived or Registered are insufficient."
