Hi Shipra You can check out the following article http://workflowax.wordpress.com/2009/09/17/running-multiple-aos-on-the-same-box-all-using-workflow/I think that is what you are looking for. Essentially you need to install a hot fix to AX, then make a copy of the workflow website per AOS and modify their config files to point to the correct Business Connector configuration.
