Asof now you cannot run a single Woekflow website for multiple AOS with
different applications . The Workflow website will only consider the first AOS
instance and its application.
NOW MICROSOFT HAS RELEASED A HOTFIX FOR THIS> YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FROM
PARTNERSOURCE
