axis2_svc_client_send_robust_with_op_qname doesn't return AXIS2_FAILURE when 
the server returns "HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error"

When sending an "In-Only" message, the function 
axis2_svc_client_send_robust_with_op_qname() doesn't return AXIS2_FAILURE when
