Damitha Kumarage resolved AXIS2C-1160.

Resolution: Fixed
I tested with server sending HTTP/1.1 500 Interval Server Error. op_client code
handles this and notify client prompty return failure. So I suggest there is no
error. Please recheck with current svn and if problem persist re open with
more details.
