In the present prototype we do 'a check' before we
create an element to see whether we have come across
an xop:include. This check can be optimized unless
there is away for us to anticipate exactly when the
parser will throw an xop:include

In a nutshell, the present plan as discussed in the
last week's chat is- the transport should detect
whether the incoming message is a mime envelope or
just a soap envelope. It can do so by looking at http
headers. Alek was of the view that it should be
possible and thilina was not so sure. So basically
there will be 2 builder's- one that accepts mime and
another that accepts soap. So the transport has to be
modified.
