Hmmm... not sure about that one. Can you try setting JAVA_HOME to a 1.4 JDK and see if that makes a difference?

If I look in the AXIS2_HOME/bin dir, all I find is wsdl2java.sh and (for Windows) .bat. Am I missing something (no sarcasm please:-)?
