Seems like you would get a better error if the wsdl was not resolvable (at least you do on Windows). Worth a shot though.

It looks like its from your home directory, which would mean that your uri is pointing somewhere up into the /home/ directory, which seems unlikely. Am I missing something? If I'm reading this right, you just need to move to the right directory so that your relative path to the wsdl resolves correctly.
