Hi Deepal This is pretty entrenched in our code base including the build. I'll make a paired down version that will hopefully display the problem and create a report, thanks. But as I said it works on another service so not sure what the difference is.
To be clear we are talking about the error and not the minOccurs fix right? I looked and it didn't looked like the existing reports for the minOccurs issue were ever addressed, and this is the core problem.
