So, just to clarify this issue ..........If a person wants to locate  
an Alien Registration record, then, is it necessary to use the fee-for- 
service Genealogy Program from the USCIS? Is that just one resource  
that could potentially locate all an ancestor's immigration related  
records for you which would then require you to send for the records  
from them and pay the fee of $20 - $35 for each record? If you just  
request the record from the FOIA using Form G639 (as we've done in the  
past), is that still an option?

I'm confused......not the first time!  LOL
