A suggestion I would have is to try and find birth records of Frank Bartlett's children or Frank Bartlett's marriage record. It is possible he may list where he was born. Also, if he were listed on WWI draft registration form. When was he born and when did they move to Boston area and what is name of his wife/children? We might be able to help you more with this information.
