You should try what Diane George suggested.  I don't know that you can
create a Gedcom from Lusaweb.  You'd have to email the Web master, Joe
Sanches, and ask him.

I prefer to have complete control over my genealogy.  It's on my computer
in my computer program.  The backup is on a flash drive, on an external
hard drive, and in Dropbox (up in the cloud).  So if there's an earthquake
and California falls off into the Pacific Ocean along with my computer,
flash drive, and external hard drive, I can go over to your house and
retrieve my other back up out of Dropbox and start working away!  :)
