Thank you JR, many of those names I have seen when looking for more connections with Balthazar Gomes + Izabel da Fonte. I found a death certificate that seems to be this Balthazar (1712) and it says, for the first time in my direct line ancestors, he is from Matriz (Vila do Porto) and that, if its really him, gives me another chance.
In the Carlos Machado notes, that Hermano pointed, it looks that even Carlos Machado had difficulty do connect that Baltazar and Izabel to the rest of the notes. Although a bit confused, there are a few names I have found some kind of connection with Balthazar, marriages and births being Balthazar and Izabel the parents. But with out the marriage I can't be sure of nothing because there are many similar names. I have no choice but to keep "digging"! Who in this list has "da Fonte" from Santa Maria and if this "da Fonte" has converted to "de Fontes" could tell me something about it!
