I have been using FTM 16 for a long time. Very happy with it and last uploaded it to my new computer February 2013. No problem. Well I got a worm or something in the computer and had to totally re-install Windows 7 (bought Windows 7 because it supported FTM 16!!) and all my programs. I have had no problems reloading any of the other programs I have except FTM 16. When I try to install it, they tell me they no longer support it and won't let me upload it and tell me I have to get the new version. Problem is, I don't want the new version. I will gladly pay them for the new version BUT i want FTM 16, the one I am used to. I have enough problems at this age to figure out what I am doing half the time and don't want to learn a new program, don't know if everything I have in FTM will upload to the new program and am not a happy camper.
Anyone else have/had this problem and is there any solution in my favor at all? I do intend to contact FTM tomorrow and ask but am hoping I can get some input from someone else who have/had this problem. Thank you.
