That is what I see. It appears the priest wrote only the first name of the groom and bride as the custom that they took the fathers family name which follows. The bride’s name is spelled Floram which is Latin for Flora.
The “ex” means from so the priest wrote Joseph F native of Azores ex (meaning coming from) Joseph F. Rose and Francisca Jacinta. Silva and and Maria B. Silva. By Joannes F. Cassidy, Pastor Joseph is Latin for Jose of course. I didn't study Latin, so this is my best guess.
