Sao Sebastiao and Sao Pedro are both parishes in the city of Ponta Delgada.
The names forth from the bottom are Umbilina de Jesus and Antonio Carvalho. The word on line 58 looks like and abbreviated Rosto do Cao but I am not sure. This is a listing of the Baptisms of Expostos (foundlings) The child was given to Umbilina de Jesus to care for him.
