Louie, Before you actually get to this page, assuming you're the one going through the process as opposed to someone simply sending you a link to this one page, there will be a page with a slew of flags near the top of the page. If you click on the Union Jack, the subsequent pages will appear in English. It might clear up the confusion for this record.
