Yes that was a typo ,My grandfather got married to her in the USA in 1895 so i researched for passports from St Michaels 1895 1894 and so forth until i came upon the missing passport records where i think it would be. Then again i was looking For Jose da Silva Margarida so what part of that name did he use ?. or did he leave under the name Jose de Moraes his grandmothers last name which i have seen him use in a couple of church records.
