I think the key words are on the third line “sua esposo” which I believe means betrothed or engaged. While it also could mean husband or wife.

On the other hand, maybe they are cousins and became "weak of the flesh" (the words of the day) or were jonesing for each other (that's probably American slang). She batted her eyelashes, he became weak in the knees...don't know. If they are cousins you might get lucky and find a dispensation (not all exist). You'd have to hire João Ventura, the archivist, to look for it (if it exists). Begin looking for a marriage on 28 Feb 1780. All you know is that the parents were not married on the baptism date. The marriage will let you know if they are related.
