I think this is an adoption or maybe he was an "exposto" and the parents are claiming him. Filiação means adoption or designation of parents. It says he was originally baptized in 1852, I tried looking for the original record but couldn't find it, they may have removed it. I did not find any expostos from 1845-1853.
The paragraph below explains it, after this part it's just the regular baptismal stuff about the parents/godparents and grandparents.
