The record is a 'JUSTIFICATION' for a baptism that missed its recording at the
time of the event for Manuel Coelho Cabral, born in that respective parish on
June 11th 1852, baptized in the same parish on 29th of same month and year.
10th to 8th line from the bottom reads ..... " ..... Soares de Figueiredo, que
por lapso deichou de ser Lansado no respectivo Livro de baptismos, filho
legitimo de Manoel Joaquim ...
" Lapso" translates to error, mistake, negligence
{Soares de Figueiredo, that by mistake was not recorded in the respective book
of baptisms...]

This one is very confusing. It seems to be saying something about confirming
him being born some thirty years earlier and that the two people mentioned are
his parents. I can read the various dates and the people’s names. I’m just
not sure about the context of it all.
