There is such a huge difference between the freedom to say something and the freedom to do something. I would defend your right to be racist and oppose your right to discriminate, for example. I am happy for TIVO to **SAY** anything they want about my software, free software or anything else for that matter. But when TIVO want to take freedom's away from me I will opose it. Talking about the freedom to take away freedoms is absurd.
