Upgrade seemed to go well.

Got a little concerned when I saw this flash by:
-------
Unpacking replacement backuppc ...
dpkg: warning - unable to delete old directory
`/var/lib/backuppc/pc/localhost': Directory not empty
-------

But it seemed to start up OK afterward. I manually started an incr that
was to start later tonight and it started off OK.

I kept my old config.pl when it asked if I wanted it replaced. I take
it the configuration parameters are the same, just the access to them
from the CGI interface has changed somewhat.
