I've tried in any possible combinations. It doesn't work. When removing a filled
backup, the whole backup is removed and this is *TOTALLY WRONG* bacause
we loose recovery points.

actually i'm trying with FillCycle = 7, Full min = 1, full frequency 6.97

Let's see, but biggest issue is the backup removal.
