OK. I got the script from the link that Mike Hughes found, got it
running, and it concurs with my earlier check via tar:
/mnt/koha-dsa/latest/var/cache/man# ls -l index.db
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1081344 Nov 8 11:23 index.db
while the XferLOG for the latest backup (a manual full) showed
log: recv >f.s....... rw-r--r-- 6, DEFAULT 1081344
var/cache/man/index.db
when using "--log-format=log: %o %i %B %8U,%8G %9l %f%L" as suggested by
Kris Lou.
