I actually thought switching to the same build platform that you were on
might reduce some of the variables. When I was building on SLES (I posted my
original message on it, but it's still held for moderation).

Under my SLES environment, I was able to build most of win32. It bails out
before it actually completes bacula-fd.exe. There are complaints of numerous
libraries missing. But I've seen threads indicating they aren't completely
necessary. I don't mind switching back to that environment to finish
debugging. I'm used to the Suse environment, whereas Ubuntu is quite
different for me.

If you can generate the win32 binaries for 3.0.3, I'd really appreciate it.
I can then do some testing while I finish debugging in parallel.

Many thanks Kern! And I understand you can't chew that kind of time. I've
got several developers for me that I'd like to stick onto this. But I'm
doing the early work. Once I have the build environment setup, I can get
them all on the same page. We also have resources to build up test systems.
