Seconded. We used Arkeia in production at a software development company. It is pure garbage. Buggy, crappy GUI (became increasingly worse with every update), stupid indexing database - deserves the "Hands Off Award". And Legato just survived until today since many tie-carriers seem to thing it's good because other tie-carriers use it. The only alternative to Bacula is Amanda - and Amanda sucks because of the inability to spread jobs across volumes. Conclusion... if Bacula had a decent GUI it would wipe out the market in no time. To derive from the motto of "mutt": All backup systems suck.
