No, you are mistaken about The Bab's views on the so called 12th Imam.  
Read His "Seven Proofs", for example.

Samarra or Jamkaran, Jabolqa or Jaborsa, etc., is irrelevant. Hasan al- 
askari was not survived by any living son.
