1 MCFT is 1,000 cubic ft of gas. 1 mcft adjusted for sea level air
pressure and 70 degrees should yield 1,000,000 btu's/ ALL NG varies in
BTU content. i believe the Bakken NG is approx 1.4 MMbtus per 1 mcft.
 6 MCFt should be equal to 1 barrel of oil , or 6MM btu's.
 so if oil is $100 per barrel and NG is $ 7.50 per Mcft. there is a
pricing dis-connect. don
