Hi all, sorry for the delay havn't been on for a few days.. Thankyou
for all the input, go devil, Rufus, BUT I'm still confused. let me try
& clarify. Our old leases ALL say the amount of mineral acres we own.
ie: 160 as an example. BUT the cover letter and sight draft (check)
whatever, all say usually half of acres listed on the actual lease
papers as, net acres ie: 80. If the face on the lease says 160, why do
we only get paid for half 80 acres? I'm am 98% sure we own ALL 160
mineral acres as my husband is the LAST of his lineage. But as I said
before I may be wrong. And BTW Rufus I still have not gotten the lease
papers in the mail from Brigham. I called & the guy I dealt with was a
little evasive. said it was sent last week. Maybe an address error?
should I be concerned? Also another quick question.. Is Bringham gas &
oil the same company as Bringham exploration? I've read alot here
about both companies. are they a sister company or what? thanks you
guys are great!
