I note that you got a good example of an AREA PUGH CLAUSE I have also gotten a DEPTH PUGH CLAUSE which limits the lease to 100 ft. below any depth drilled under the current lease which is the usual amount .however on my latest lease in insisted on 50 ft. and got it
