Man, that was depressing reading that!!!!! What is Hess doing that the others are not? (to get less production) How have "you worked with Hess" and what do you mean when you say "they seem stuck on completing there wells? Why would they not want to get as much oil from the well they just invested 5 million dollars in to? Does not make a lot of sense to me.
