Hi. I'm new here and have really enjoyed reading all the posts. I have 30 mineral acres in Sec. 19-154-89. I have been offered $3000.00 per acre. My minerals are leased with a 1/6 royalty. Just wanted to ask anyone if this is a fair price. I live in Texas and this board is the only place I can get information about this hugh play. Again, Thanks for such a great board.
