Hi Silk --- again, welcome.     You did not say if the offer was for a
Lease or are you being approached by Permian or some other to BUY your
minerals at that per acre price..... if it is to buy -- backtrack
again in the threads  -- this was just discussed at length several
times with input from many on the board.....

Geeez, if it's to lease, that's another story, I think. After I woke
up from a dead faint, I would probably clean my glasses, read it
again, and run it to my lawyer to make sure that I'm not missing
something really important --- if it is truly a lease, things like
depth clauses, Pugh clauses, etc....

$3000/pma to lease sounds too good to be true ....
