You did not say if the offer was for a Lease or are you being approached by Permian or some other to BUY your minerals at that per acre price..... if it is to buy -- backtrack again in the threads -- this was just discussed at length several times with input from many on the board.....
Geeez, if it's to lease, that's another story, I think.
