I heard they broke off some tools down-hole, and could not get them
out. They are now trying to go around what was lost. Apparently Basic
is not on the hook for the costs for this well and the next one (Sec
16) as well.

It seems that all is not lost in the banks area, they have three more
permits for the same area. My fingers are still crossed.
