dear mba ela...

haaaaahhhh... ga salah tuh mba hampir semua? telur,
kacang2an, produk sapi dan turunannya dll juga...???

kalo bingung mending mba konsul ke dokternya aja sama
ke ahli gizi, biar ga salah kaprah. kalo alergi sama
hampir semua makanan selain masalah nahan lapar n
susah nyarinya kalo lagi pergi2 seandainya sang ortu
dalam keadaan bingung salah-salah malah ntar jadi
kurang gizi...

tapi biasanya lagi alergi itu akan berkurang seiring
dengan bertambahnya imun tubuh, contohnya aku dulu
waktu sd hampir setiap pagi dan mghrib selalu ingusan
(maaf) krn alergi dingin, tapi gitu smp aku dah ga
gitu lagi walopun kadang-kadang masih meler cuma ga
setiap hari, nah sekarang2 ini alerginya kambuh kalo
cuaca memang lagi dingin banget n vitalitas tubuh
kurang, nah biar dingin tapi kalo badan lagi fit ya ga
meler....

maaf kalo ga banyak bantu..
