Yah tergantung perusahaannya deh.. kalo perusahaannya baik..biar kontrak, (kalo diputus sepihak seperti pasal 62 atau proyeknya selesai) tetep bisa dapet pesangon (bisa 5 kali gaji kok..) Terus ada juga..perusahaan yang ngasih iming2 gaji dan lembur yang lebih gede (ampe 30%) ke peg.kontrak dibanding yang permanen..(untuk jenjang fungsional yang sama), tapi nggak dapet insurance or bonus. Tapi, perusahaan yang bab (banyak akal bulus..) lebih banyak lagii... abis 2 kali teken kontrak diistirahatkan dulu seminggu-2 minggu, terus dipanggil lagi..untuk dikontrak lagi, or ya itu ganti nama perusahaan outsorce, etc
