Mbak, aturan pemerintah emang begitu yang bener, tapi biasanya tiap perusahaan beda2, ada yg seminggu sebelum lahiran baru cuti, jadi anak 3 bulan baru ditinggal kerja.... Tempat saya kerja mulai kayak gitu, gak boleh lagi besok mau lahiran baru hari ini cuti, minmal mesti 2-3 minggu sebelumnya.
